Processing time for all orders is 1 to 3 working days. This is in addition to shipping time. Please ensure your address is correct at the time of ordering. I can not be held responsible for an incorrect address.

I accept both PayPal and Credit or Debit card payments. Please note you do not need a PayPal account to pay through PayPal. This can be done by clicking the PayPal option 'Pay with card' and then select the option to pay securely with a Credit or Debit card.

Shipping in the UK is by Royal Mail First Class and International Shipping by Royal Mail Airmail. 

• Orders within the UK will take around 1-2 working days depending on the area.

• The standard delivery time within Europe is approximately 3-5 working days. 

• International shipping outside UK and Europe will take 5-7 working days although international orders can take up to 14 days so please allow for this when ordering.

   

All prints and mounts come in a cellophane sleeve and all parcels will be securely packed for a safe delivery. Please note some countries may have extra costs by customs taxes which are the responsibility of the buyer.

In the unlikely event that your purchase is not as expected please email me within one week of your purchase. Please then return any items in good condition within 30 days for a refund. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item.

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information such as your name, email address, postal address, payment amount/method and the details of the item you have purchased. Your bank details are kept private from me. Any information is used to fulfil orders, provide customer support and for tax purposes. 
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services as described to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations. I generally keep your data for the following time period of 5 years.
